Carnival is a beautiful deep house groover featuring solid thumping kick drums and rhythmic percussions. A deep rumbling bassline dances playfully through the sound, adding an element of funk to the groove as the notes play out. Warm, melodic chords fill the spectrum to give off that true deep house atmosphere. Cascading keys are the icing on the cake that will really get the booty’s shaking on the dancefloor. A top notch cut that will not disappoint.
Don’t Worry delivers a wonderful garage style deep house joint that is sure to get the floors moving. The intro boasts nice and chunky beats before moody chords draw us in deeper. A sliding bassline takes over the groove as we’re locked in to its infectious pattern while high strings ease in and out of the sound. Cool voices join the groove adding character and scope to an already established construction. A great sound that is not to be missed.
Sonhar Acordado Dub Mix is up next and rounds up this superb EP in style. The track grabs your attention right from the off as a noticeably slower tempo lures us in. Solid beats lead the way as cool synth hits and chords are scattered throughout. The drums carry a tribal edge which blends perfectly with the deep droning bass that rocks the low end and shores up the track effortlessly. An excellent slice that will get the party started or end the night smoothly.
