Niceteed returns to piston with the superb Unstoppable EP. This one marks his second outing here after his 2016 slice The Acid Line EP alongside FactAlone. Niceteed aka Biagio got into music from an early age and at just 11 years he was learning the ins and outs of DJing, finding his style and perfecting techniques. In 2011 he started his own label, Chapeau Music where he is always searching for new and unheard sounds. He is influenced by all kinds of music with no genre left untapped.
Unstoppable gets into full on house music mode right from the off thanks to punchy kicks, sharp percussions and a clubby vocal. Cool chord stabs add character before a rip roaring acid style bassline takes over, powering the groove for the duration. Throughout the groove the Rhodes keys get a workout, giving the track that quality house vibe. A definite must have for the peak time slot for sure.
In The City delivers a classic style intro featuring punchy kick drums, shuffling percussions and a cool vocal snippet, you know you’re in for a treat with this combination. A super deep, reverberating bassline takes over alongside funky chords as the vocal intensifies. The break mesmerizes as the infectious groove takes hold and then we head right back into full on mode. A damn fine slice of house that will not disappoint.
